The WIC Leadership Symposium is a premier one-day event designed to advance the professional development of women cardiovascular physicians. Our program brings together accomplished leaders and emerging voices from across cardiology and medicine to connect, grow, and lead together. With roundtable discussions on critical career issues — including burnout, pay parity, and promotions — and panel discussions on advocacy and mentorship, this immersive experience invites every participant to contribute their unique perspective on women’s wellness and career advancement.
