“After Shocks” with Dhanunjaya “DJ” Lakkireddy, MD, FHRS, FACC – STROKE-VT

NYACC is proud to announce the launch of its new series, After Shocks. These sessions will provide bite-sized recaps of stellar lectures from prominent Cardiology conferences, such as those hosted by HRS, AHA, SCAI and more.

Please join us for the first in this series with Dhanunjaya “DJ” Lakkireddy, MD, FHRS, FACC, Executive Medical Director for The Kansas City Heart Rhythm Institute and Chair of the American College of Cardiology’s EP Leadership Section, who will discuss his “practice changing study,” STROKE-VT. Results showed that, among patients who underwent left ventricular arrhythmia ablation with a radiofrequency catheter, direct oral anticoagulants were superior to aspirin in preventing cerebrovascular events. Read more about the study here.
