
The 26th Annual NY Cardiac Center Lecture
In this lecture, Deepak L. Bhatt, MD, MPH, FACC, FAHA, MSCAI, FESC, Director and Dr. Valentin Fuster Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mount Sinai Heart, will join us for his lecture, “From Intervention to Prevention: The Optimal Management of Acute Coronary Syndromes.”
Dr. Bhatt will present an overview of optimal management of acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Participants will learn how ACS are diagnosed, what causes ACS, and various etiologies. Using algorithms and guideline-directed strategies, Dr. Bhatt will demonstrate optimal management of patients who present with ACS, including how to determine stratification of patients requiring catheterization and medical management and their long-term management to prevent recurrent episodes.
